When stationed there, I was told I needed to have a license for a muzzleloading blackpowder rifle…. oh good grief. Today, the bureaucratic solution is call boxes, like ones frequently seen on gun-free college campuses. Oh, but see the bureaucracy at work in Illinois rest stop here.
